Excellent host, early check-in, well-maintained Annexe, lovely location, spacious and warm, well-equipped kitchen.
Nothing it is perfect.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a guest accommodation in Lincoln. The location was perfect, with a park and local shop within walking distance. The Annex was much larger than I expected, and the skylight windows in every room added a beautiful touch. The apartment had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen for food preparation. The hosts were attentive and the extra touches like tea, coffee, and milk made a difference. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the entire place was spotlessly clean.
The only slight concern I had was that the entrance to the drive was quite narrow, requiring careful maneuvering.

This place was a hidden gem! The self-contained annex was spotlessly clean and had a fresh feel to it. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved having a well-appointed kitchen for my stay. The location was great - close enough to the town for shopping and exploring, but nestled in a quiet residential area. The hosts were incredibly helpful and provided comprehensive communication. I also appreciated the bonus of having Netflix to relax with after a busy day. I will definitely be staying here again when I'm in the area.
The only downside was a small shower leak, but I'm sure the host will address that soon. I couldn't find any faults with this place.

Free WiFi, garden views, and free private parking. As exciting as watching the grass grow with a side of slow internet.
Oh, just the joy of slow internet and the thrill of watching grass grow. Such a delightful experience.

I had an amazing stay here. The hotel was so clean and tidy, and it had everything I needed. The fridge freezer and hairdryer were a plus. The staff was incredibly friendly, letting me know I could ask for anything but also giving me space. The location was fantastic as well, with a beautiful park and a local shop within walking distance. The annex was larger than I expected and had lovely skylight windows in every room. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment for food preparation. a great experience.
Can't fault the property in any way.

Free WiFi and garden views were delightful. I felt like a social media influencer taking pictures of my view. Loved the free parking. It's like winning the lottery.
Oh, let me think. nothing! It's just so boring when everything is perfect.
